By accessing and using the Healthy Choices app and website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Healthy Choices is an AI-powered health tracking and insights application. The app tracks health data across 26 categories, calculates biological age, and provides personalized nutrition insights using artificial intelligence.

Medical Disclaimer

Healthy Choices is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All insights, recommendations, and biological age calculations are for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, medications, or health routine.

The app should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Free Launch Period

Healthy Choices is currently offered free during our launch period. Premium subscription features will be introduced in Q3 2026. You will be notified in advance of any changes to pricing, and free features will remain available.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Healthy Choices are the exclusive property of Gary Isse and AI Me Technologies, and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Our biological age calculation and personalized health insight technologies are patent pending.

User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the app
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your health data
• You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to reverse-engineer it
• You acknowledge that AI insights are estimates, not medical diagnoses

Limitation of Liability
